8. The EXACT problem! "Help can't download!" does not do anything for us. Give us details. The download starts and most of the time takes about an hour or two to complete a download, the other times, it just times out and fails.
9. Have you tried right clicking the file and pressing "save target as"? Yup.

Hi. I believe this to be a routing or network problems with your colo center. Might you want to check this up as another guy does have the same problem as me.

I'd appreciate some answer from a person who knows and handles the server instead of being told to get a better ISP like the other guy got told.
