Yes, I think me and other members got this problem as well, I've tried to download files from mirror 1 many times, such as Zetman, One Piece, etc. And always end up timed out. It never happened to mirror 2, even at its peak time. And speaking about peak time, I alway retry downloading the file every once an hour and the result never changed.
