Last week Paypal/Ebay sent winning bidder notices to my winning bidders. I do not subscribe to their winning bidder notification feature. It also inserted an OLD email address. What a nightmare I have one bidder reallllllllllllly mad at me. On my ebay page it shows the payment as pending, but I can't retrieve it because the email address is no longer valid, it doesn't show up on my Paypal account. I have sent her all the remedies and as yet she has not figured out how to cancel her bid.

This has caused me hours of time going back and forth with the winning bidders and working with them to cancel auctions and then send them "request for payments" from my correct email address.
