Just wanted to see how other people felt about Light in the end...I know alot of people are angry and then some are actually happy about the way that it ended. Personally, I liked Light. That is, before he started believing his own hype and started actually considering himself a 'god'. To me, that's when I think Light started losing his battle of wits. I thought the ending was actually justifiable, here we have a guy whose killed thousands, some guilty and some innocent, all because of his own selfish ideals. No matter what, he WAS a mortal. Power that is given can be taken away. His arrogance and ego got the best of him in the end and he made far too many careless mistakes. I think it was fitting for him to meet his fate at the hands of a 'true' shinigami, 'god of death'. So what do you think?
