I'm currently downloading Chobits (wich is a 6.03Gb torrent), it reached 100% three (or maybe four) weeks ago, but every time after hash check runs, the download is resumed at 98.x% or 99.x% (x is a value that goes from 0 to 9; and 99.x% is the most ususal percentage to wich it is resumed, I rarely, maybe only once, got it down to 98.x%).
There's this funny thing, I'm able to see the chapters that are not being downloaded (the ones that are at 100% before the hash check), and they don't have any flaw (actually they look perfect), but the hash check keeps on downloading them.
Anyways, this had already ocurred to me before, but it only lasted for 3 or 4 days (that happened with a 2.4 GB torrent) and then the download was complete, but this one has already been running for 3 or 4 weeks, and keeps on going. Is this normal? Am I doing soemthing wrong? Or is there something wrong with this torrent (wich I don't think because as I've already said, I can see the chapters)?
