Makers of may great tools, Mark Russinovich and Bryce Cogswell have been aquired by Microsoft, and are made to be developers for them. While I'm glad for the both of them on some level, I share the fears of many that a lot of the tools they made and we all love will vanish
Process Explorer has saved my ass many times. All that I can see happening to it, is that best case senario is that it becomes the new Windows Task Manager, or worst case senario is that it becomes a pay for Microsoft Administrator tool
For now, all on the site is still free and non-WGA'd or anything. So soak it up while you can
