My average download speed is 10kb per second but when I try to download Full Metal Panic Chapter 13... My download speed dropped... From 10kb per second to 389bytes per second... What happened...?! Is there something wrong...?! Please help me... And when 50%+ was completed, it stopped downloading... Help me... I wanna finish FMP... Thanks...
