You can make slice in image Ready, which is coming free with Photoshop...

so the only way to do it is slice it up and then use the <a href>...

you can put links directly on the slices using Image ready, yes.

how do you put links using image ready? i ll search it if your too laz...

You can also use an image map in dreamweaver.
