Hi folks,

I know everyone is busy, but I'd like to ask a question:

If eBay contacted you and asked you what they could do different to make their service better - what would you say to them?

Everyone on this board has the advantage of hindsight and being on the "customer" end. That's makes YOU a very valuable source of information.

So I'm asking everyone to post their answer or answers here. Be as brief or as long as you care to.

Just imagine for a second that eBay sincerely cared and really wanted to know what you thought.
