i'm training for football and i work out 2 times a day. i weight 275lb, i want to stay around 275-278lb area my body fat is 25%( i really want to drop that by alot, but keep my weight). i take muscle milk for protien, and that is all ffor supplements. i just ordered two bottles of gakic and leukic. my first work out is more of runnung workout out but it is not your regular workout it is more of a conditioning w/ weights ex. pulling sleds w/ four 45 plates, jumping w/ bands cconnected to my waist, 60lb medicine ball throw etc...and they are all timed intervals. since it is a weight/conditioning which drains me. what time should i use gakic and leukicand since i train twice a day should i use them twice. i condition in morning at 9:00-10:30 and lift around 1:00pm-2:30, i train 4 times a week and i don't understand why my bodyfat is so high. i bp max is 485, i squat 585x6, i'm pretty strong. i see people who are know where as strong as me who are leaner than me and around my wieght or heavier. any advise well be greatly appriceated
