After posting that thread, which gives some info about me:

I plan to start Rippetoe's program with the following basic stack:

Off-Day:

1 Optimum Whey Shake at wake-up (2 scoops in water)
2 Now ADAM Multi at wake-up
Some fish oil caps (how many??) at wake-up
Higher power CEE (4 caplets) at wake-up

Training Days:

1 Optimum Whey Shake at wake-up (2 scoops in water)
2 Now ADAM Multi at wake-up
Some fish oil caps (how many??) at wake-up
1 scoop XCEED 30 minutes pre-workout
1 other whey shake Post Workout
Higher Power CEE post workout.(4 caplets)


I am 34 y.o., 155lbs, 19% BF... Want to gain some lean mass.. Will adjust diet also to 2500-3000 cals, with a 45/35/20 carbs/prot/fat ratio..
