Ok I just started my cycle of methyl drol/plex 2 days ago
10/20/30/30
with it im taking:

no xplode
hp's cee
scivation xtend
multi vit
milk thistle
omega 3
and alot of protein

for my pct:

rebound xt
6oxo
milk thistle
red yeast rice
omega 3
multi vit

Can anyone suggest anything to me, im just curious if I have everything in order and im doing it right, or if im missing anything.

Also when taking the cee, etc. Is it ok to take all of these things 45 min prior to workout, or should I spread them out more. because I dont know if the body absorbs everything correctly with so much being taken at once. Thanks, and looking forward to the website ! !
