how long before and after i workout should i take them. should i take the shock theorpy 30 min before with my protein and 2% milk and should i take the storm right after with my protien and carbs. i know it says it does need the sugar but it might help. basically should i take it with protei
and i am guess you take a serving of storm on off days

There is nothing wrong with drinking milk pre-workout.
