In my last review I wrote about Cordygen5 (Millineum Sports)for the purpose of cardio training. Today I used it for my leg training. Today was deadlift day.

Last week my final lift was 225 x 6, so today I increased it by 10 pounds for the same number of reps. Not bad. With this product it just seems like your muscles have more power to keep going. You don't feel the extra energy it is just when you think you are on your last rep, you can always squeez out 1 or 2 more. Also between sets the recovery is quite impressive. I have said this before, and I will say it again, it is just hard to get tired on this stuff. Cordyceps is one of my favorite products and I think is going to become a staple in my Whey, Creatine, Fish Oil, Multi Vitamin, Green Tea Extract, stack.
