Posted at August 29, 2006, 10:36 am: I just finished my first bottle of jungle warfare and im stacking it with green buldge. Didnt have enough time to do a full log plus im not the model bodybuilder with perfect routine and diet so i didnt want to take up space. But ive been lifting on and off for i guess about 7 years since i started my freshman year of highschool for football. Ive used different creatine products, some NO products and different proteins. Age:21 Height: 5'6 Starting weight: 174lbs (I cut a little into about the first month of summer and held it around the weight the rest of the summer) Weight Today: 181lbs ( Ive been in the 180's before but with much more fat and not at strong) starting bf% not sure around 11-13% maybe bf% now:12-14% (really didnt gain much fat at all) PR on bench yesterday 3rd set i finished with 110lb dumbels for 4 reps. before jungle warfare midsummer (before i went on vaction then slacked off for like 3 weeks after) i got 100lb dumbells for a few reps forget how many. I was back down to like 90lbs the first week i started JW Pretty much all my lifts are even with the highest ive ever lifted or PR's Side effects: Nothing really. notice my face being oily sometimes but acne wasnt really a problem at all. Libido is doing great. Review: I love jungle warfare so far and all ready have a second bottle ready to go. Im up about 7lbs and all my lifts are up a good amount. It really allows u to eat a ton and not gain to much fat. Ive been keeping my diet pretty clean but JW has def let me cheat here and there and not worry about it My stamina has def been up in the gym to. I feel like i can lift with less rest between sets and dont tire out halfway through my workouts. If im leaving ne thing out feel free to ask ne questions.
