This is what a normal day looked like for me for the past few years

5am- 1-2 cups of coffee
9am- 1 cup of coffee
1130am(training)- Extreme ripped force 250mg
1215pm(post workout) Mocha Joe Musclemilk, the only one with caffeine
5pm- Rockstar energy drink before work



Recently ive had some MAJOR heart palps as i tried to sleep, so I paid a visit to my doctor. He ran all sorts of tests and told me to cut out the caffeine. So this is what my day looks like the past 2 weeks or so...


5am- 1/2 regular 1/2 decaf cup of coffee
1130am- Diet Turbo Tea 90mg (and i do not even finish it)



I would say around the 5th or 6th day of drastically lowering my caffeine intake, i noticed my vision a little off.. I went to the doctor and he sent me to an eye doctor. I passed the tests with flying colors and the doc actually said i have better than 20-20 vision. He dialated my pupils, looked at everything and said i was fine. That was Friday. My vision is still off.. Not blurry, but just not focusing correctly. Im also very anxious and feel like im going crazy..

If you plan on kicking caffeine, do it gradually... I wouldnt wish this feeling on my worst enemy..
