Of course, I'm only in the 3rd week of the routine, so my legs are experiencing soreness regularly. I'm sure that will subside eventually. My legs aren't sore on Mondays, but on Wed and Fri, squatting can be a little difficult when still sore from the previous workout. Also, overtraining can be an issue in any routine, how come it's not an issue in this routine? Could 3 days a week be too much squatting?
