Posted at August 30, 2006, 10:29 am: Im thinking about starting a new WO Program... So which one do you guys think is the best? Thanks =) Oh, and would someone critique my current WO routine? Its based off of Max-OT (Currently Bulking, Im a skinny @ss) Monday-Legs Squat 5x4-6 Stiff Legged Deadlifts 3x4-6 Every other Week, Ill do Calf Raises 3x8-12 *I hate leg day =( Tuesday- Chest, Tris Flat BB Bench Press 4x4-6 Reps To Failure (Usually fail on my 4th or 5th) Close Grip BB Bench Press 3x4-6 To Failure *These are replaced with wide grip BB Bench Press every other week Dips 3x4-6 To Failure *Every other week, I will throw in... French Curls, or Tricep Pushdowns 2x4-6 To Failure *I NEVER go beyond failure... just to failure. And sometimes, on Squats and Deads, I will stop 1 rep short of failure (Im a pansy, I know) Wednesday- Shoulders, Traps Barbell Shoulder Press 4x4-6 To Failure DB Shoulder Press 3x4-6 To Failure Upright Rows 3x4-6 To Failure Thursday-Back, Biceps Lat Pulldowns 5x4-6 To Failure Seated Rows 3x4-6 To Failure *Unfortunately, I can't do deadlifts with this... as leg day is tommorow again. Curls 3x4-6 To Failure (I don't place much emphasis on biceps) Friday- Legs (Again) No SL Deads today, though Squats 5x4-6 Lunges 2x8-12 (I screw up my form if I use heavy weights for low reps... I just cant get my form right with these) Saturday- Chest (Again) Same routine as Wednesday.... Sunday- Rest & Relaxation... also my cheat day for my diet =) Currently bulking, weight 110 pounds, 5 ' 5" (Im skinny as hell) Eating 2000-2100 calories a day, 200g protein, 200g carbs, around 50g fat. Mostly clean... but I wont be scared to indulge a little bit. Majority of food comes from chicken, fish, oats, PB, WW Bread, lean meats, etc, and lots of Whey. Sounds decent to you guys? However, I posted the poll because I have not seen great results from my program. My strength gains have stalled somewhat the last 2 weeks. Thank you again.
