Hey guys,

I am reaching a point in my life where working out at the gym 4-5 times a week is becoming difficult. I am working long hours and need an idea of the minimum amount of time I need to stay in the gym to maintain the gains I have made. Is working out each muscle group once a week enough? Again, just trying to maintain what I have.
