Hey guys

newcommer here, i recently purchased the new Muscle and Fitness, and was looking for new workout routines and came across the Caveman Workout. At first glance it seemed quite intriguing so I decided to try it.

Well anyways i've never felt like throwing up before during my workout until now. this is by far the hardest workout ive ever attempted.

Does anyone think this is overtraining. I just feel like it is and would like other's perspective before i continue with week 2.

Here's a little snippet of the workout

Day 1 Chest and shoulders

Incline Barbell press sets 4 reps 15+8+6 -superset with-
Bench Press sets 4 reps 12+10+8

Cable crossover sets 3 reps 15+10+8 -superset with -
Dips sets 3 reps 15+8+6

Seated overhead dumbell press 4 sets .....
and then youre suppose to do more exercises for shoulder.

youre suppose to do the first reps then take 3 deep breaths then do the other reps and then another 3 deep breaths and then do the last reps. and that i just one set!!!

Now look at that you doing close to like 29 reps a set and doing 4 sets. doesnt that seem a bit like overtraining?

supersets are known to make u feel like puking, lol only time I rem...
