This week i am majorly busy, the only free days i got are tomorrow and Thursday. Usually i do a 3-day split, but i'll be unable to workout friday and the weekend.

I'm basically asking, is cramming my entire full body workout over the period of 2 days still beneficial. Will it still just be as effective? I'm thinking of doing like Chest, Triceps and Back tomorrow then the following day Legs, biceps and shoulders.

I'm also wondering, should i really be taking my creatine everyday this week considering im only workout out 2 days out of the 7. I'd be taking 7 doses of creatine just to benefit these 2 days, is it worth it?
