HI all, I started doing weights last yr and I've done two threads so far, this one goes from now till the end of this sem
I'm about 5'7 and currently weigh 175 lbs. There should be a photo of me in the pic section, i'll be posting a new one in sep
Main goal: shredding, i just spent the whole summer vacationing, and i've been fattened up to 21% BF (was at 15% in May), this has to go before I can focus on anything els
That means a lot of elliptical/stairmaster/swimming. Regarding weights, here are my focus: upper chest, lats, delt
Some of my stats from April/May Squats (free weights): 205*1 Leg Presses (free weights): 490*1 Bent-Over BB Rows (overhand grip): 155* Incline DB Presses (each hand weight): 60*1 DB Presses (each hand weight): 45*

There will be two sessions each day - weights and cardio, depends on my energy, I might also swim after lifting. There will also be a mini Swiss Ball workout before slee
