Since the other thread is closed i started a new one here. Friday Was bis and tris started with alternating db curls for 4 sts followed by hammer strength preacher curls for 4 sts next was hammer curls followed by barbell curls, next on tris. i started of with weighted dips. I work out at la fitness and it seems like the whole gym stopped to watch me do these after the dips i went to overhead cable extensions followed by pressdowns. and i ws trying to finish with skulls superset with close grip bp when i heard the fateful phrase "attention members and quest la fitness is now closed please rerack your weights" so i bang out a couple of sets and leave. Saturday i did deadlifts and again rarely does anyone do these so people stopped and stared while i worked out again did after deads i did some extra trap work. sunday was cardio. I just felt the need to hop on the treadmill after watching the half ton man on discovery channel or whatever channel that was.
