I had a read at this old book if someone ever read it . I read about the pre competition diet for some of the body builders like makawi , what they ate was unbelievable , example this guy just ate a 12 oz steak once a day and drank distilled water , others just snacked on maybe an apple or a potato at a time , thats crazy and we are eating all this sophisticated food like powders and other stuff , i wish some feed back from some guys whom have read this book.
