This question is mainly for Chuck & Derek

I'm trying to figure out the best way to do pre, during, and post workout nutrition during a bulking period.
One thing I heard is that only a certain amount of calories can be used by the body before a workout.
Before I wouldve thought you could just load up on 100 or more grams of carbs pre workout.
And maybe if you would do this, there would be no need for during and immediate post workout carbs.
If only certain amount of cals can used by the body before, what is the most amount of macros suggested during the workout period?
Anyway, suggestions are welcomed.
