struggling to find the right way to do a bent bb row
i love htis excersise, i cant get enough of it. its probably my favorite

is your back supposed to be straight at a 45 degree angle, and pull to upper stomach area?

or is it supposed to be at a less angle and pull to chest?

and do you keep elbows as tucked as you can or flare them?

Agreed on the elbow positioning being the key to recruitment.

I do 4 sets laid out like this: 2 sets (8-10 reps) Yates Rows 2 Sets...

For lats, pull into your stomach, not chest.

Only problem with 90 degrees is if your strong, you can't static hold ...

Depends what you want out of them.
