Im currently doing a modified version of Rippetoes that looks like this:

(M/W/F)

WEEK 1

Workout 1
Squat 3x5
Pendlay Row 3x5
Low Incline Bench 3x5

Workout 2
Squat 3x5
Military Press 3x5
Hammer Chins 3x5

Workout 3
Deadlift 2x5
Pendlay Row 3x5
Low Incline Bench 3x5


WEEK 2

Workout 1
Squat 3x5
Military Press 3x5
Hammer Chins 3x5

Workout 2
Squat 3x5
Pendlay Row 3x5
Low Incline Bench 3x5

Workout 3
Deadlift 2x5
Military Press 3x5
Hammer Chins 3x5

I do a quad dominant squat (olympic style, knee-break, upright torso) and I also use a similar form when it comes to deadlifting (lots of knee bend, upright, driving with legs). So my question is, will this lead to strength imbalances between my quads and hams in the long run? Do you think I should add in some type of hamstring-targeted exercise? Thanks.

So are keystone deadlifts like rack pulls, but you stick your butt out...
