A friend of mine was too much dedicated to shoulder lifting and military presses. He was 6'1". In course of time he developed such massive shoulders that he now appears shorter than he is because of his broad and big frame. Is this true guys that when ya lift heavy on shoulders ya get em' big n broad and ya appear shorter???
