My main goal is to lose body fat, because I have no shortage of it, I don't have the best diet. I basicly eat whatever my mom makes which is always white rice topped with something fish, chicken, vegtables, meat and lentils, etc. etc. What I'm worried about is if I should be eating less or more? I want to lose fat so I logicaly thought I should eat less but I've read otherwise. Also by eating less wouldn't working out burn away the body fat instead of the food I ate?

Also I've been working out for the past 2 weeks doing mostly cardio (4 mph walking) about 40 minutes a day 7 days a week, jump roping, and doing body weight excersises such as push ups, squats, chin ups, circle push ups etc. I don't have any gym equipment besides a treadmill, but any excersice suggestions would be greatly appretiated.

High intensityas in more reps + sets or as in better excersies? Tha...

More reps+sets, try to work out for 45 mins to an hour.
