I know rest is important but I just can't help not going to the gym, it is my crack-cocaine I am so addicited to going. Does anybody have a routine that lets you workout everyday excluding sundays( I do actually rest on that day)

Looking forward on what you guys come up with.

im thinking of a routine as in.

5 day on, one day off is what I do.

i do this Moday-upperbody tues- lower body wed-rest thurs-upper ...

Monday - Biceps/Triceps Tuesday - Back/Traps Wednesday - Cardio Thursd...

But why does none of you care about hitting the same arm muscle groups...
