I currently DL 70lbs...getting my form right before i use heavier weights...Started DLing not too long ago so.yea..

but when i deadlift...The barbell deadlift...how come i feel the strain on the lower back...not bone wise...Muscle wise...The muscles at the lower back are tensed when i lift the bar up.

According to that...I dont think deadlift trains ur back AT ALL.

Anyone have any problems with that too..?
