Hello ladies. My names Gary and I have a girlfriend who wants to lose weight. She has worked out on and off again in the past but more recently has stuck to it. I myself workout and have a pretty good idea what I have to do to reach my goals but honestly I dont know very much when it comes to womens training. I mean I have read things about womens training but havnt gone too far indepth. I have her doing a 4 day workout program. Two days on, one off two on than two more days off. I have her doing some compound movements but when I look at the workout there are too many isolations in there really. Also there is cardio 4 times a week. So my question is to all of you who have a clue unlike me....what would be the most benificial type of training program for her? She has equipment at home but I have more at my home so whatever anyone recommends is doable. Also (sorry this is so long) how can I help her to look at working out as a good thing? I do know she really doesnt like it....shes typical.....someone wanting results but doesnt like the in between stuff to get the results. All help would be much appreciated.
