Okay so here is my problem...I worked on barbell bench for a while but it always sticks at the highest weight of 275X2, so i decided to switch to dumbells and I can do 120X3 now on flat, and 110X3 on incline, yet my barbell is still around 270 on flat and 225X5 on incline. just wondering what are people's opinions on what could be my weakpoint, some ppl say tri's but i do heavy cg bench, and heavy skull crushers. I work on military press with heavy weight so i think my shoulders are covered too, so I am just lost to what I could do to help the barbell bench.

You wont increase your bench by doing only dumbbell benches you can in...

Make sure you are doing lat work, Trap work, and rotator cuff work.

Well what I meant was I did a lot of barbell work, like for a good 12 ...

Try some different rep ranges,diff exercises, just need to change thin...
