I posted this last week in teen section and didn't really get any help so i'm posting it here in hopes of some help. Well my bench has stayed the same basically for about 3 weeks and in the mornings sometimes(for about the last 6 months or so) i have had a pain in my shoulder if i bend my arm at 90 degree angle and lift it straight up. I havent had any pain while benching or pressing other than just lactic acid burn but now i'm starting to worry that i might have injured it. Btw i know i'm not overtraining because I've gained 20 pounds on squat and deadlift both since then. I haven't benchednow in my past 2 workouts hoping it would get better but it actually has gotten WORSE! and it hurts if i even do a pushup(just did one to see if it hurt)and it seems it is worse if i sleep on that shoulder at night.
