Hi I am a 15 year old sophmore playing on a frosh/soph highschool rugby team in the US.

I play loose forward. I am 5'11" and weigh 195 lbs. Strength wise I am at 210x5 on the bench and sadly only 250x5 for squats due to me starting squats only a couple of months a go. Last fall I was 5'9" and 165 and could run a 5.1 in the 40 which I know is not very impressive but it is just a reference. I havn't done much running since July and I was just timed by my dad's digital wrist watch at a 5.4 which made me want to just run myself off of a cliff and die.

I need to decrease my 40 time and increase my endurance from my current, run 100 meters at 85% and get winded, to being able to remain Competetive on the pitch. I was looking for a plyo/agility/running program that would allow be to become quicker and increase my endurance.

Any response would be tremendously appreciated. Thank you very much.
