Hey Everyone, this is my first post and would like to say hi and thank everyone before hand for their time. There's alot of good info on this site and i've been reading for awhile trying to get as much info on BB'ing as i can.
First off, i just made this diet up for myself and would like to have some of your input on it. Im 25, about 5'9 and weigh about 190 pounds right now, I'm looking to bulk up to 220 maybe even 230 if i can, then cut down. My bfat % could range from 16 to 23... i'm not too sure i've never had it measured.
I would like to bulk up as cleanly as possible, that ways i don't need to cut down too much later on. Also i've been working out on and off for the last few years, and have recently picked it up again, i'm worried about overtraining, because i can't stay out of the gym, i need to go at least 5 x a week. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx All!
