Hi ,

I really need help in building "lean mass". I been working out for last 4-5 months I dropped down body fat but i am not gaining mucle mass.

I do Intense cardio 2 days a week, 3 days weight training. Sometime 3 days cardio and 2 days weight training.

I am sticking with 1800 - 2000 calorie diet. In that 90-100 gram protien ( morning one time Whey protine shake ) and i eat healthy food like lean meat, vegies and fruits. I do not

take creatine but thinking about it take or not to take...

FYI: I also find out y'day my resting calorie burn is 1650 per day.

I do not know what i am missing inorder to loose fat and gain muscle mass. Like,.. i need to change my diet plan or i need to change my work out ????

Any help will be appreciated.

Total Body Fat : 43 Lbs

Second Measurement - ( Hand Held Body Fat Monitor ) - on May 17th 2006
Weight : 150 Lbs
Age : 32
Height : 5'7"
Body fat % : 22.2%
Total Body Fat : 33 Lbs
Lean Mass : 117 Lbs


Third Measurement - ( Hand Held Body Fat Monitor ) - on June 25 2006
Weight : 148 Lbs
Age : 32
Height : 5'7"
Body Fat % : 20.8%
Total Fat in Body = 31 Lbs
Lean Mass = 117 Lbs


Fourth Measurement - ( Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing ) - on Aug 28 2006
Weight : 144.5 Lbs
Age : 32
Height : 5'7"
Body Fat % : 18.6%
Total Fat in Body : 26.85 Lbs
Lean Mass : 117.65 Lbs

It is exceptionally difficult, if not impossible to gain lean mass dur...
