I bought it last night. I disagree with the scores gamespot and gamerankings gave. I like it a lot. It's something new to the Final Fantasy universe and it works.

I enjoy playing as Vincent since he was my fav. char in FF7.

I like the action, a mix of FF7 and DMC. You get access to cool weapons and you can customize them when you get parts for your guns. And another cool part is that you can switch up to 3 guns during battle, like run out of ammo for one gun, you hit L2 and you access your other gun and keep firing untill you run out of ammo for that and switch to your third gun. I've only did that once for a boss fight when I had to fight lackeys that were in the way but it sure was fun lol. smile.gif

The camera angles are a little weird but they are still great. The voice acting is good, same voice actors from Advent Children. Music is cool. The ingame graphic models look good. The frame rate is great. The load times is really fast.

I hear the bonuses are great once you beat it so I hope to beat it soon.

Sure it may not be the greatest Final Fantasy game ever but I sure do like it a lot. I give it an 8/10.
