In the past, I have occasionally contacted other members who had won auctions from a common seller. For example, if my order was delayed, I might inquire as to when they received their item. Or in some instances I asked if they had received the item pictured in their auction.

Now, when I try to contact another member, I am being blocked by a message that says I cannot because I have not made any recent purchases from that member.
