I acquired this book some time ago at a yard sale and have been looking for another copy of it for price comparison,to no avail. I don't know much about antique books so any info.would
be appreciated.I have already posted this in the religous items forum,I was told to try here since it is a book.It is a Catholic book.The book is titled-ST.ANGELA MERICI of BRESCIA.It is dated 1857."Entered according to the act of congress in the year 1857,by Peter F.Cunningham,In the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Philidelphia."It also says"By the Abbey Parenty",who or what is that?It is a hardback in very good condition with only minor spine discoloration(fading).Spine is good, pages are tight and clean.Color is purple with gold writing on it.Inside the front cover on the blank page someone wrote"Awarded to Miss Dora Hartman" in very fancy calligraphy(sp?).Any info.would be appreciated,concerning price and rarity of this book.Thanks-Rob
