Hi there!
I purchased this set over 20 years ago at auction and after doing a thorough search am unable to find any information regarding what porcelain factory created it or when it was created.
It appears to be handpainted with gold trim on both cup and saucer: the title at the base of the scene states "Der Markt in Perleberg." The mark on the base of both cup and saucer is a blue eagle with wings upright over letters which appear to be either JIM or TPM (they're a little blurred).
Any help is appreciated!
