Help if you can, please. I'm stumped trying to id this mark on the little vase.

The top opening is accented with gilt.
The size is 2-3/4in Tall; 2-1/2in Shoulder OD; @1-1/4x1-1/4in Squared Base.

What I have determined from the mark:
MARK stamped in black, partially unreadable.
-England [E is missing]
-??RT Ware on top line
-??????NTED [? indicates smeared/unreadable letters]
