I took the day "off" today to bid at the Star Trek at Christies.
From the comfort of my home I had a ringside seat .
The Live Auction really is a most amazing process.
For anyone who has not tried this, I heartily recomend it.
I posted several bids and each time got "eye" contact with the auctioneer and personally thanked each time I bid.
While none of my bids were sucsessful, I had a great time and fully expect to continue on Friday with this multi day sale.
Most items went for multiples of the estimate price range.
Read that to mean, insane prices.
A Borg Space Center 30" square went for $110,00 and most things went for well over a grand.
