When I was in the Navy, my roomate Valerie went home to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving and brought back the BEST Banana bread that I've ever tasted. It had slices of banana in it that were
sort of firm but not dried and they were not at all crunchy. I
know that Valerie is Jewish, could this be a Jewish recipe? I
have searched for this recipe since 1983 with no luck. Thanks for any help! Carolyn
