Can someone submit this lost item to the Newsletter?

I have an autograph book dated 1945-1947. It belonged to Curtis Chandler, Sunbury, Ohio. There are some really cool pages in this book, and I'd like to return it to its owner, or someone from that family. While my family name is also Chandler, and we're from that area, I can find no one in our history it might belong to.

I just want to give it back to whom it belongs.
