I do not think Connie B. did anything wrong or unethical when she purchased a beer stein from a garage sale for $2.00 and sold it on e-bay for $800. She did not know it was a valuable stein when she prchased it; she thought it was but wasn't sure. Some time ago someone purchased a valuable rug for peanuts and sold it on e-bay for a large amount. I think that in the case of any sale, garage sale, carport sale, etc., it is buyer be ware and seller be ware. How many times have you read about someone buying an old picture just for the frame and when they took the picture out of the frame they discovered a valuable document behind the picture; should that person take the document back to the seller and say, "you left this valuable document behind the picture" - I think not.
