What gave Sherri the right to question anyone at the sale about their reason for bidding?

What obligation does the questioned party have in answering truthfully?

Do family members have some special privilage in ethics or law when there is an auction?

Do dealers have some special obligations in ethics or law when there is an auction that are different than family or consumers?

Should a dealer, when questioned, be obligated to reveal any special knowledge about a product that they might possess?
