This from the eBay Status Announcement board:

Members are experiencing intermittent difficulty across the eBay site. Functions that could be affected are Bidder Search, Seller Search, View Seller's Other Items, and sections of My eBay. In addition, some members may have difficulty signing in to eBay. Third parties may also be experiencing difficulty connecting to eBay through the eBay API. The ability to view items, bid and list items with the Sell Your Item form appears to be unaffected.

We will provide more information as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
