Looks like a great forum...

I just revisited my childhood by purchasing a camera that I had as a young lad back the 1940's -- A Kodak "Baby Brownie" 127 absolutely mint in box w/instruction sheet. I don't believe this camera was ever used, as it seems to have been a graduation gift. I feel that the collectable aspect has been enhanced by the giver of the gift cutting out a graduation scene and pasting it on the top lid of the box. Between the picture and the box, great art deco graphics.

I still have pictures that I took with my first camera. These cameras can produce really sharp images.

I also just purchased a Kodak "Baby Brownie Special" complete with the original leather case, all in great shape. I think the case is scarcer and more valuable than the camera itself?

I have always been a KODAK man, even throughout my military service as a combat photographer. Occasionally I did use a 4x5 Graphic, however mostly I used a Kodak-35 PH-324 military model.
But, that's another story, as I probably have bored everyone too much as it is?

Thanks for being patient as I tend to ramble, going to be 69 years young in April.
