Using BMG Music Service as a wholesale soure for CDs.

I am wondering if anyone is aware of or doing this and if they are any legal issues implied here.

I found this as a very useful site for getting some CDs to trade off on eBay.

They offer 12 CDs for the price of 1 which I found to be a good deal.

First you get 2 CDs free, only pay shiping of $2.79 each which is $5.58

Then you purchase 1 at regular club price of appx. $17.88 and get
a 10% discount brining you cost appx. to 16.88 + shipping of $2.79

Then you've struct gold, collect your 9 free cds of your choice
and pay only shipping at $2.79 which would be $25.11.

The plan is to calculate the average cost per CD as you going rate.

which would be (5.58 + 19.67 + 25.11) / 12

average cost per CD = $4.19
